Ingredients
  • 2 lbs littleneck clams scrubbed and cleaned
  • 10 oz oileve oil mayonaise
  • 4 cloves of galric finely chopped
  • 1 chilli finely minced
  • 3 oz dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped flatleaf parsley

Directions
  1. heat olive oil on medium heat. throw in chopped chilled and cook
  2. for about 2 minutes until wilted. put in clams and white wine. increase to high heat. mix mayo with garlic.. shake the pan occasionally for 2-3 ,omutes. discard any unopened clams. take the pan off the heat ,,,,mix it with the garlic mayo and the parsel, serve with a good crusty bread and little white wine or rose,
