How to make it

  • heat olive oil on medium heat. throw in chopped chilled and cook
  • for about 2 minutes until wilted. put in clams and white wine. increase to high heat. mix mayo with garlic.. shake the pan occasionally for 2-3 ,omutes. discard any unopened clams. take the pan off the heat ,,,,mix it with the garlic mayo and the parsel, serve with a good crusty bread and little white wine or rose,
