littleneck clams with aioli

- 2 lbs littleneck clams scrubbed and cleaned shopping list
- 10 oz oileve oil mayonaise shopping list
- 4 cloves of galric finely chopped shopping list
- 1 chilli finely minced shopping list
- 3 oz dry white wine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped flatleaf parsley shopping list
How to make it
- heat olive oil on medium heat. throw in chopped chilled and cook
- for about 2 minutes until wilted. put in clams and white wine. increase to high heat. mix mayo with garlic.. shake the pan occasionally for 2-3 ,omutes. discard any unopened clams. take the pan off the heat ,,,,mix it with the garlic mayo and the parsel, serve with a good crusty bread and little white wine or rose,
