Easy version of stuffed cabbage rolls.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Hamburger
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 4 C cabbage shredded
  • 2 tubes refrigerated cresent rolls
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions
  1. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off fat.
  2. Put cabbage on top of meat, steam for a few minutes
  3. Salt and Pepper to Taste
  4. Using 1 tube of rolls, line bottom of 9x13 pan
  5. Spread mixture on top
  6. Layer on cheese
  7. Cover with 2nd tube of cresent rolls
  8. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cover with foil last 10 minutes to soften crust.
