Runza Cassarole

- 2 lbs hamburger shopping list
- 2 onions finely chopped shopping list
- 4 C cabbage shredded shopping list
- 2 tubes refrigerated cresent rolls shopping list
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese shredded shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Brown hamburger and onion. Drain off fat.
- Put cabbage on top of meat, steam for a few minutes
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Using 1 tube of rolls, line bottom of 9x13 pan
- Spread mixture on top
- Layer on cheese
- Cover with 2nd tube of cresent rolls
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cover with foil last 10 minutes to soften crust.
