Rosemary Cranberry Roasted Chicken

- 3/4 c cranberry chutney or chopped mango chutney,divided shopping list
- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves,skin removed shopping list
- 3/4 tsp dried rosemary,crushed shopping list
- 3/4 c whole wheat or multi-grain bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375. Spread 1/4 c of the chutney over top of chicken;sprinkle with rosemary. Combine bread crumbs and paprika in small bowl;pat over chicken. Spray crumb topping with cooking spray;place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 30 mins until golden brown and chicken no longer pink. Serve with remaining 1/2 c chutney.
