Ingredients

1/2 cup reconstituted dry butter substitute

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon parsley

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon sweet basil

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1-1/2 cups chicken broth

1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 cups cooked shrimp peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

Combine all ingredients except shrimp and cornstarch then bring to a boil. Add shrimp then stir in cornstarch to thicken. Serve over rice or noodles.

I use Molly McButter which is found in the spice section. You can very easily substitute butter or margarine.
