Gorgonzola Hazelnut Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 lb. fresh whole mushrooms shopping list
- 1/3 c crumbled gorgonzola cheese or blue cheese shopping list
- 1/4 c Italian bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped hazelnuts shopping list
- 1/4 c fine chopped red pepper shopping list
- 4 med. green onions,chopped (1/4c) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350. Remove stems from mushroom caps;reserve caps. Finely chop enough stems to measure out about 1/2 c. Discard remaining stems.
- In small bowl,mix chopped mushroom stems and remaining ingredients till well blended. Spoon into mushroom caps,mounding slightly. Place in ungreased 15x10" pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 mins or till hot. Serve warm.
