From Vermont winery: serve as an apertif with a fresh soft cheese. Seems glorious to me! I imagine one could use and fruity wine also
Ingredients
- 4 oz Vermont rhubarb wine shopping list
- 1 1/2 oz Proseco or dry or semi dry champagfne shopping list
- 1 strawberry shopping list
How to make it
- Pour Rhubarb wine ina a champagne flute
- add the proseco
- garnish side of glass with a strawberry nestled on the side
- Serve this with soft and fresh cheeses as an apertif
