How to make it

  • 1)Prepare gelatin according to the package directions using steps 1 and 2 of speed-set method and substituting cranberry juice for cold water.
  • 2)Pour gelatin into container of an electric blender; cover and process 10 seconds, stopping once to scrape down sides. Add whipped topping; cover and process 15 seconds.
  • 3)Pour half of gelatin mixture evenly into 6 dessert glasses; let stand 1 minute. Top with the remaining gelatin mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour or until set.
