How to make it

  • cut each potato in four or six small pieces. the same with the vegies.
  • let the water get warm and poor the borth.
  • Add the potatoes and let them cook for about 20 minutes.
  • then add the vegetables, parsley and heavy cream.
  • taste with salt and pepper.
  • let it cook for another 20- 40 minutes, untill the potatoes are ready.
