My son and his friends wanted to cook something easy and good for the cold winter days. this is what came up.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • celery
  • parsley
  • 1tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tbsp. heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. cut each potato in four or six small pieces. the same with the vegies.
  2. let the water get warm and poor the borth.
  3. Add the potatoes and let them cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. then add the vegetables, parsley and heavy cream.
  5. taste with salt and pepper.
  6. let it cook for another 20- 40 minutes, untill the potatoes are ready.
