Ingredients
  • 4 medium sized ripe Bananas
  • 350g (3/4 cup) Frozen blackberries
  • 100g (1/4 cup) Frozen raspberries
  • 250g (1 1/4 cup) Plain yoghurt (I like organic)
  • 1 teaspoon Agave nectar (organic fructose sweetener)
  • 50ml (1/4 cup) Rice drink (you can use normal milk if you like)
  • mint leaf (optional)

Directions
  1. If you live in the correct climate go and pick the berries yourself in the summer. Berry picking can be fun for the whole family. Then freeze some of the berries in airtight containers. Do not worry to separate them as they separate easily when frozen. If not, you can buy the frozen berries.
  2. Place all of the ingredients except mint into a magicmix with a plastic blade. You can use a blender but be careful as the metal blade can over pulp the fruit.
  3. Pulse the magicmix or blender until the bananas are completely mashed and the mixture turns a uniform purple. Make sure you still have large pieces of frozen berries. Do not over blend.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses
  5. Add a mint leaf or two for decoration
  6. Serve immediately with a spoon
