So easy to mix up. They go with any meal. Adapted from Nancy Johnson's recipe posted in Taste of Home magazine of June/July 1996

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. Sesame seeds

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 450.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Gradually add milk and stir to form a soft dough. Trun onto a floured surface, knead gently 3 – 4 times. Roll into a 10 x 5 x ½ -inch rectangle; cut into 12 bread-sticks. Place butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Place bread-sticks in the butter and turn to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 450 for 14 – 18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Mmmm, looooved them! i mixed garlic with butter and spread it on top instead of sesame seeds. i was going for a Crazy Bread-type taste and it worked! thanks so mucho!!! =^.~=
