Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Recipe
I love hummus as a good for you, yummy appetizer, and this one is no exception. It's great spread on mini pitas or crackers, and makes a nice substitute for salad dressing on a pita sandwich. Yum! From Canadian Living Magazine
