How to make it

  • Let the puff pastry come to room temperature - Mix all the ingredients together - Heat oil to frying temp.
  • Cut pastry into 4 inch squares wrap one tsp of mixture in puff pastry - you can pinch these closed or twist as you would a dim sum - deep fry until golden brown - drain on paper towel.
  • Serve with a Mango Chutney purchased or make a Mango-Horseradish Sauce recipe to follow.
