Coconut Crab Puffs

- 2 to 3 sheets puff pastry shopping list
- 1 cup crab (fresh or canned) shopping list
- 2 Tbsps. coconut rum shopping list
- 1 cup Cream Chesse shopping list
- 5 Tbsps. coconut (sweet grated) shopping list
- cinnamon (Pinch) shopping list
- nutmeg (pinch fresh grated) shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Let the puff pastry come to room temperature - Mix all the ingredients together - Heat oil to frying temp.
- Cut pastry into 4 inch squares wrap one tsp of mixture in puff pastry - you can pinch these closed or twist as you would a dim sum - deep fry until golden brown - drain on paper towel.
- Serve with a Mango Chutney purchased or make a Mango-Horseradish Sauce recipe to follow.
