How to make it

  • Bring a pot of water with 1 tsp salt to the boil.
  • Add pasta and cook for 7 minutes or until al dente.
  • When pasta is cooked, rinse with cold water to stop it cooking and drain.
  • Steam the broccoli until just tender or to your liking.
  • In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic till just browned.
  • Add salt and pepper to the garlic and mix well.
  • Add Cayenne Pepper to the pasta and mix well.
  • Add galic and broccoli to pasta and mix carefully.
  • Add more olive oil if pasta is too dry.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
