Easy Cupcake Noodle Kugel Recipe

Ingredients

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1lb cottage cheese

1 stick butter or margarine melted

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

3 eggs

8 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions

Mix all ingrdients except noodles on low speed to blend smooth

Mix in the drained noodles

Fill either greased cupcake tins or in a 11 x 7 pyrex pan

size of cupcake tins determine yield

Bake 350 30 to 40 minutes in pan or about 20 minutes for cupcake size

Note: these freeze very well

may serve with a strawberry topping or sauce if desired
