How to make it

  • Mix all ingrdients except noodles on low speed to blend smooth
  • Mix in the drained noodles
  • Fill either greased cupcake tins or in a 11 x 7 pyrex pan
  • size of cupcake tins determine yield
  • Bake 350 30 to 40 minutes in pan or about 20 minutes for cupcake size
  • Note: these freeze very well
  • may serve with a strawberry topping or sauce if desired
