How to make it
- Spread oil on salmon. Cook at 350-400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
- After the fish has cooked about ten or fifteen minutes, make the sauce: Combine sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Stir in orange and lemon juices. Add UNDRAINED peaches. Then add the spices. Stir constantly over medium heat until boiling. Let boil 2 minutes.
- Pour over salmon. Enjoy!
