Ingredients
  • 1/2 c. nuts (I use 1/4 walnuts & 1/4 pine nuts)
  • 3 T. garlic
  • 3 c. fresh basil, spinach, cilantro or combination of greens you like
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 t. ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. parmeson

Directions
  1. Combine nuts and garlic in food processor
  2. Add salt, pepper and greens to food processor & add olive oil until
  3. mixture is combined.
  4. Add parmeson and pulse until smooth.
  5. Put into containers & coat with a little bit of olive oil.
  6. Freeze 1/2 & keep 1/2 in fridge.
  7. Enjoy! It's a winner every time!
