Pesto With Walnuts And Pine nuts

Great recipe for pesto
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. nuts (I use 1/4 walnuts & 1/4 pine nuts) shopping list
- 3 T. garlic shopping list
- 3 c. fresh basil, spinach, cilantro or combination of greens you like shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 1 t. ground pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. olive oil shopping list
- 1 c. parmeson shopping list
How to make it
- Combine nuts and garlic in food processor
- Add salt, pepper and greens to food processor & add olive oil until
- mixture is combined.
- Add parmeson and pulse until smooth.
- Put into containers & coat with a little bit of olive oil.
- Freeze 1/2 & keep 1/2 in fridge.
- Enjoy! It's a winner every time!
