How to make it

  • Discard water used for soaking almonds and rinse almonds,
  • Place almonds and 3 fresh cups of water in a blender.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Strain using a cheesecloth or other strainer. You should get 3 cups.
  • Pour almond milk back into blender.
  • Add honey, vanilla essence and salt and blend until honey is well mixed.
  • Serve.
