How to make it

  • Put all the ingredients for the mustard sauce in the blender and beat till you have a smooth paste, put covered in the fridge till use.
  • Put 1 tbs olive oil in a nonstick frying pan and saute the mushrooms on low heat till softed and almost all liquid is evaporated.
  • Put in a bowl with the other ingredients for the stuffing + 3 tbs mustard sauce and mix well, put covered in the fridge till use.
  • In a big bowl we put all the ingredients for the meatloaf and knead till we have a firm dough, wetting from time to time your hands .
  • Put 15 min in the freezer.
  • Preheat oven to 200 C.
  • We brush a baking dish with form of a bread all over with olive oil.
  • Put in the meat mix and press in the middle so that the sides are covered with meat ca 2 cm thick.
  • Fill in the middle with stuffing and close the meat carefully.
  • Mix half of the mustard sauce with the honey and brush the top of the meatloaf with it.
  • Bake 35 minutes and serve with the rest of the mustard sauce.
  • Goes fine with a green salad and mashed potatoes.

    I like this, After reading,I would like these flavors with ground Lamb. For those that are wandering how to convert to onces. Just multiply 700 X 0.035273962 this = just about 1 1/2 pounds.
