cheesy beefy mac

- 1 lb lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 box elbow macaroni (8 oz.) shopping list
- 2 tsps. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1 small onion diced shopping list
- 1 can of corn drained shopping list
- 1 stalk celery diced shopping list
- 1 canof diced tomato's drained shopping list
- 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. grated or shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet, fry beef with onion and spices. Drain off excess fat, meanwhile, boil macaroni till 'al dente'. In 9x13 glass baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray,mix all of the ingrediants, reserving 1/2 c. of the cheddar cheese, (to be sprinkled before serving). Bake in oven at 360 degrees until cheese is melted. Just before plating, sprinkle each with a little of the cheddar,
