How to make it

  • Bring a large of water to boil, add pasta and drain( i like to add a little olive oil so the pasta wont stick)
  • In a saucepan, boil the balsamic vinegar until reduced to 2 or 3 tablespoons,about 5 minutes
  • In a bowl toss the strawberries with the spinach and basil and add balsamic glaze
  • In a large skillet add olive oil and cook prosciutto about 5 minutes and transfer to paper towels
  • Add another bit of olive oil, season chops and add to pan tuning once untill cooked through about 8 minutes
  • In another large skillet heat the butter until brown and then add the orzo and cinnamon and nutmeg. Toss with pine nuts.
  • Spoon the salad over the chops and top with orzo and prosciutto.
