Mexican Frankfurters

Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs shopping list
- 1 tb butter shopping list
- 1 ts ground cumin shopping list
- 10 oz frozen kernel corn; thawed shopping list
- 1 tomato; seeded, chopped shopping list
- 1 c bottled salsa shopping list
How to make it
- Slice 4 hot dogs crosswise into wheels. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in
- nonstick skillet. Add dogs, 1 teaspoon ground cumin; cook 3 minutes. Add
- 10-ounce box frozen kernel corn, thawed, and 1 tomato, seeded, chopped;
- cook 3 minutes. Stir in 1 cup bottled salsa; heat through. Serve over
- cooked rice.
