This apple- ginger mojito is perfect for the hot summer night and small social gathering.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 ounces Citadelle Apple Vodka
  • 2/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Fresh mint, apple, and ginger
  • NOTE: to make the simple syrup: dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water, then allow to cool.

Directions
  1. Pour first three ingredients into a highball filled with ice, then fill with club soda and add mint and slices of apple ad ginger.
