Ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • pinch of salt
  • some vegetable oil for frying

Directions
  1. Grate vegetables into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add egg and flour and mix to combine.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread batter in pan. Fry until browned and flip; cook both sides then remove and drain on paper.
  4. Serve with ketchup.
