How to make it

  • Mix together spices and sugar on a plate. Set aside. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Heat oil in 12" skillet over med heat. Press each chicken tender into spice mixture on both sides and place in skillet. Discard remaining spice mix. Cook chicken till no longer pink.
  • Cayenne can be omitted if serving children.

    Trying this one tonight but I think I will try to bake them...when feeding eight you have to cut corners in time lol!
