How to make it

  • If grilling, start the grill and let heat 15 minutes before using.
  • Mash bread and milk together.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Break up beef and using a fork or hands, mix together with bread mixture.
  • Divide beef mixture into 4 portions.
  • Gently pat into paddy shape.
  • Indent the center using your thumb.
  • Grill burgers uncovered for 2-4 minutes.
  • Using wide metal spatula flip the burgers over.
  • Cook 3 minutes for medium or 4 minutes for well done.

    I love grilling anytime too! The only problem here is the rain.
    I use a grilling cast iron pan then.
