Well Done Burgers For The Bbq Recipe

Well Done Burgers For The BBQ Recipe
These are great burgers for the BBQ or on a grilling pan in winter. Nice and juicy burgers even when cooked well done. From Cooks Ilustrated Summer Grilling 2008.

I like to grill in the Winter.

This sounds like a very nice recipe.

Thank-you for sharing.

Kind Regards

Joyce

I love grilling anytime too! The only problem here is the rain.
I use a grilling cast iron pan then.
