mushroom bhaji

- 4 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 250g (8oz) button mushrooms, wiped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons tomato puree shopping list
- 2 teaspoons garam masala shopping list
- a few coriander leaves,shredded shopping list
- 2 nan breads (optoinal) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, and gently cook the mushrooms for about 4 minutes,or until soft.
- Add the tomato puree, garam masala and the coriander leaves, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes,
- then serve with warm nan bread (optional)
