How to make it
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, and gently cook the mushrooms for about 4 minutes,or until soft.
- Add the tomato puree, garam masala and the coriander leaves, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes,
- then serve with warm nan bread (optional)
