Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 250g (8oz) button mushrooms, wiped
  • 2 teaspoons tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • a few coriander leaves,shredded
  • 2 nan breads (optoinal)

Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and gently cook the mushrooms for about 4 minutes,or until soft.
  2. Add the tomato puree, garam masala and the coriander leaves, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes,
  3. then serve with warm nan bread (optional)
