How to make it

  • Season pork and liver with salt and pepper
  • heat oil in sauce pan
  • add garlic, then onion then saute until soft
  • add pork and liver then saute until seared at the edges
  • add enough water to barely cover the meat and simmer
  • when tender, continue to simmer until the liquid is halved then add the potato (and carrots)
  • when potatoes are nearly done, add tomato sauce and bell pepper
  • add soy sauce
  • continue to simmer until potatoes are done
  • add salt and pepper to taste.
  • serve with steamed rice or bread
