How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in mashed bananas. Gradually add in flour mixture and mix until just incorporated. Fold in oats.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

    Had aging bananas-
    Yummy solution! -Moist tasty and hearty- like a breakfast cookie :) Need to eat more bananas but they always spoil- cookies are MUCH more likely to be consumed- Thank you!!
