Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Apples, your choice(I like Granny Smith)
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries

Directions
  1. Peel, core and chop apples( Should be about 6 cups) and place in heavy bottomed pot with 1/2 cup water and cinnamon stick.
  2. Cover and simmer until apples are tender and break up easily with a fork, about 30 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and any other fruit if you desire.
  4. Bring to a rolling boil until thickened or if you like thinner applesauce leave as is....If you dont like chuncky Applesauce, place in food proccessor until right for you.
  5. Place a top fresh biscuits, muffins, or eat for breakfast with oatmeal, yogurt, or for dinner with pork or anytime of day for snack......the possibilities are endless!!!!!!!!!!!
