Chicken Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c apricot preserves

2 tbsp Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 tbsp Meyer's Dark Rum

1 tsp coriander seeds, ground

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a gallon size freezer zip type plastic bag

Drop in 3 large, or 4 med. size boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Freeze

Thaw thoroughly and grill or broil
