Chicken Marinade

An easy make ahead dish; make up the marinade right in a gallon zip lock bag, drop in your chicken breasts, massage a little and then freeze. They will continue to marinate as they thaw.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c apricot preserves shopping list
- 2 tbsp Ruby Red grapefruit juice shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tbsp Meyer's dark rum shopping list
- 1 tsp coriander seeds, ground shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a gallon size freezer zip type plastic bag
- Drop in 3 large, or 4 med. size boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Freeze
- Thaw thoroughly and grill or broil
