How to make it

  • Rinse meat, pat dry and place meat on skewers and grill over medium heat until almost cooked medium, perhaps and hour.
  • Then salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with oregano.
  • When almost done, remove spits to a platter and heavily squeeze on fresh lemon juice, return to fire and lower heat, roasting until done.
