Ginger - Scented Jasmine Rice

- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 cup jasmine rice, rinsed 3 times shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water (or whatever ratio your rice package dictates) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place all the ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook until the rice is tender, about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit for about 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
