Spinach Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup grated Swiss cheese

1 package (10 ounces) spinach, cooked and drained

1 9-inch pie shell, partially baked

1 1/4 cups half-and-half

3 eggs

1 teaspoon salt (optional)

1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Directions

Spread 3/4 cup of the cheese on the pie shell. top with al of the spinach.

Beat half-and-half, eggs, and alst together until frothy. Pour over cheese and spinach. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Dot with butter, if Desired.

Bake 30 minutes at 375 F.
