Ingredients
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 package (10 ounces) spinach, cooked and drained shopping list
- 1 9-inch pie shell, partially baked shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups half-and-half shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt (optional) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Spread 3/4 cup of the cheese on the pie shell. top with al of the spinach.
- Beat half-and-half, eggs, and alst together until frothy. Pour over cheese and spinach. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Dot with butter, if Desired.
- Bake 30 minutes at 375 F.
