How to make it

  • Using a double boiling method, melt chocolate chips and remove from heat.
  • Place tofu in blender and add melted chocolate.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Enjoy!
  • Variations: Add 2 Tbs of peanut butter to blender for peanut butter cup pie or add whipped cream to the top and sprinkle with cocoa powder to finish.

    When choosing tofu, using Firm Silken tofu gives a nice texture. However, if you prefer more of an "ice cream" texture, use Soft Silken tofu and freeze instead of refrigerate.

    Very nice! re tofu, "firm" or "soft"? 5555555555555555 I believe I will eliminate the crust.
