Ingredients

2 Lbs. Ground Chuck I use 85/15

1/4 C. Chopped onion

3 T. Tabasco sauce

2 T. Honey

1 T. Garlic salt

1 t. Crushed red pepper flakes

1 t. Black pepper

6 Oz.. Blue cheese cut into 6 pieces

1 Jar fire roasted red peppers

6 portabellas grilled.

Directions

Combine chuck with first 7 ingredients in a large bowl mix well

Form into six patties sealing the blue cheese in the middle

Place on medium high grill for 8-10 minutes

Put on a good hard roll and top with roasted peppers and portabellas

Enjoy
