Pork Roast With Ginger Peach Glaze

- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground thyme shopping list
- 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast shopping list
- 1/2 cup peach preserves shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Combine salt and thyme then rub on all sides of roast.
- Grill over indirect heat or bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350.
- Combine preserves, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
- Coat roast with preserves mixture during last 10 minutes of cooking.
