Ingredients
  • 2 slices bread
  • Slice of bologna
  • Lettuce & tomato
  • Salt & pepper
  • Green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 sm. cucumber, sliced
  • Horseradish

Directions
  1. Place bologna in skillet and pepper heavily (black pepper). When fried put on bread which has horseradish, tomato, lettuce, green pepper slices, onion slices and cucumber slices. Salt to taste. Be sure to have plenty to drink around when eating this sandwich.
