Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 Degrees
  • Cut the lard into the flour until it looks like coarse ground cornmeal.
  • Add enough of the milk to make the dough pull away from the bowl
  • Knead dough (on a floured surface!) about 10 times
  • Pinch off dough into 8 pieces
  • Roll into biscuits (3/4 inch thick)
  • Place on an ungreased baking tin
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and as big as cat heads!
