How to make it

  • In a 14-inch Dutch oven or large skillet, brown sausage breaking it up as it cooks. Add onions, and cook until soft. Add chilies, garlic, potates and chicken broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add milk. salt and black pepper, heating slowly until hot.
  • Serve with hot bread.
