Cherry Sorbet Recipe

	easy side dessert frozen sorbet fruit cherry

Ingredients

1 pound ripe cherries pitted

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg white

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 small pinch salt

Directions

Blend or process cherries until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and blend for a few minutes until foamy.

Pour into small containers and freeze.
