I love avocados so I like to let the flavor of the avocado shine when I make a guacamole. Certainly feel free to embellish if you wish, but maybe you want to try the nekked version. My guest really enjoyed it. Serve with some good corn chips.

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 fresh lime, juiced (or to taste)
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Salt, to taste

Directions
  1. Mix together. To keep for a while, press plastic wrap directly onto the guac and refrigerate. It will easily hold for a couple of hours without turning color.
