I love avocados so I like to let the flavor of the avocado shine when I make a guacamole. Certainly feel free to embellish if you wish, but maybe you want to try the nekked version. My guest really enjoyed it. Read more Serve with some good corn chips. See less

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados shopping list
1/2 fresh lime, juiced (or to taste) shopping list
2 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
salt, to taste shopping list

How to make it

Mix together. To keep for a while, press plastic wrap directly onto the guac and refrigerate. It will easily hold for a couple of hours without turning color.
