Marinated Crispy Cauliflour and Chestnuts

- Prep Time: Prep time - 8 hours to marinate shopping list
- Ingredients shopping list
- 3 tbs chesnut tea shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 small cauliflower cut into florrets shopping list
- 2 tbsp oil shopping list
- 1 small onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 1/2 cup roasted chopped chesnuts shopping list
- For the garnish shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp almonds shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Directions
- Steep the tea in the water for 8-10 minutes and strain.
- Soak the cauliflower and salt in this tea for 8-10 hours, I use a large ziplock bag and keep shaking this from time to time.
- Heat the oil, sizzle the cumin seeds and saute the onion for 5 minutes.
- Remove the cauliflower from the bag and reserve the liquid.
- Add the the oil and cook for 5 minutes till browned.
- Add the tea and chesnuts and cook till the tea is evaporated.
- In another pan, heat the butter and toast the almonds.
- Place the cauliflower in a bowl and top with the almonds and rosemary and serve.

Great Dish!!!!!!! Where are you taste buds whoever low balled this beautiful recipe?????? This is a great one!!!!!! Why do that????? Be nice. The spices all blend together and are really good for you.
