- 1 28-0unce can of herb and spice tomatoes (drain juice out) shopping list
- ½ Small red onion shopping list
- Small bunch (10 or 15 leaves) cilantro shopping list
- 1 tbls sugar shopping list
- 1 tbls olive oil shopping list
- ½ jalapeno pepper (3/4 for medium to hot depending on shopping list
- size of pepper) finely diced (careful…do not get your fingers near your eyes!) shopping list
- 1 tbls of limejuice shopping list
How to make it
- Put ingredients in a food processor or blender and (THIS IS IMPORTANT!) just pulse it a couple of times to chop the tomatoes. This is the tricky part, as you do not want to puree everything. A couple of quick pulses are all it takes.
- Keep in refrigerator up to one week
