Ingredients
  • chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 package linguine noodles
  • fresh or frozen broccoli
  • sliced mushrooms
  • Bertolli garlic Alfredo sauce (or equal substitute)
  • 1/2 cup milk or chicken broth
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Chicken Marinade
  2. trim tenders to remove excess fat if present
  3. place tenders, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and Italian dressing in container and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
  4. Place chicken tenders in hot skillet over medium heat along with the marinade, cook until chicken is done (approx 8 minutes depending on how big the chicken tenders are and how many there are) add mushrooms and saute in sauce
  5. set aside to cool before cutting chicken into bite size pieces
  6. Pasta and broccoli
  7. Boil pasta until al dente along with a pinch of salt and some extra virgin olive oil, add broccoli in at the end of the past cooking
  8. In an oven safe dish combine prepared Alfredo sauce with milk or broth (depending on taste, or available ingredients), add chicken, pasta, broccoli, mushrooms and stir to combine
  9. Place in 350 degree oven covered for 20 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese cook till golden brown
