How to make it

  • Chicken Marinade
  • trim tenders to remove excess fat if present
  • place tenders, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and Italian dressing in container and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes
  • Place chicken tenders in hot skillet over medium heat along with the marinade, cook until chicken is done (approx 8 minutes depending on how big the chicken tenders are and how many there are) add mushrooms and saute in sauce
  • set aside to cool before cutting chicken into bite size pieces
  • Pasta and broccoli
  • Boil pasta until al dente along with a pinch of salt and some extra virgin olive oil, add broccoli in at the end of the past cooking
  • In an oven safe dish combine prepared Alfredo sauce with milk or broth (depending on taste, or available ingredients), add chicken, pasta, broccoli, mushrooms and stir to combine
  • Place in 350 degree oven covered for 20 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese cook till golden brown
