Cauliflour N Goat Cheese Soup

- 1 head of cauliflour shopping list
- 8 cups beef stock shopping list
- 1-4-inch tube of goat cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1 tbsp dill shopping list
- Grated Parmeson for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all of the cauliflour removing the core.
- Put in the pot of beef stock.
- Boil until the vegetable is very soft.
- Puree and strain.
- Put back on stovetop and add cheese, garlic and dill
- Incorporate until mixture is smooth.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired

As I looked at this recipe.I may not like Cauliflour but I think that you may get me to give this a try.I added this to the Soups group.

I like this as the saltiness of the cheeses and the garlic and dill should merry well with the mellow flavors of cauliflower and stock. \0
