Ingredients

How to make it

  • Chop all of the cauliflour removing the core.
  • Put in the pot of beef stock.
  • Boil until the vegetable is very soft.
  • Puree and strain.
  • Put back on stovetop and add cheese, garlic and dill
  • Incorporate until mixture is smooth.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan if desired

    As I looked at this recipe.I may not like Cauliflour but I think that you may get me to give this a try.I added this to the Soups group.
