How to make it

  • allow cheese to come to room temp
  • peal and seed avacodo and cut to smaller pieces
  • add every thing else except bell peppers and balsamic vineger
  • combine in bowl, mash and mix until a smooth consistancy is achived
  • blanch bell peppers in boiling water for 2 min
  • slice and core peppers
  • place pepper strips on cookie sheet
  • roast in oven 20 min at 400
  • remove from oven drizzle with rapsberry balsamic vinegar
  • serve with your favorite crackers
  • a little dip a little pepper yummmmmmmmmmmm
