Baked Chicken Parmigiana Recipe
This is my easy version of Chicken Parm.

Ingredients
  • 2 boneless chicken breast cut in half length-wise
  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar marinara
  • Italian seasoning
  • garlic salt
  • pepper to taste
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • pasta of your choice

Directions
  1. Basically with all the spices and cheese I add them to my liking...whatever looks good to me. This recipe is an experiment of mine that has turned out great every time.
  2. Season the chicken with the italian seasoning, garlic salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray a baking pan and I usually add a layer of water on the bottom of the pan to help keep the chicken juicy.
  4. Put the chicken with some marinara on the top in the pan. Just cover the tops of the chicken with marinara.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes,cover the pan with foil.
  6. Put as much mozzarella on the tops of the chicken as you like and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with your choice of pasta with marinara.
