Annas oh so good Chili

- 2lbs of beef or turkey shopping list
- 1 lg can of tomatoe sauce shopping list
- 1lg Can of tomatoes diced shopping list
- 1/2 can tomatoe paste or more if you need shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives shopping list
- 1 sm can garbonzo beans rinsed shopping list
- 1 sm can kidney beans rinsed shopping list
- 1 sm can beans and molasses shopping list
- 1 whole spanish onion diced (any type of onion will do) shopping list
- 1 whole green pepper diced shopping list
- 1 whole yellow pepper diced shopping list
- 3 celery stalkes chopped shopping list
- 8 mushrooms chopped shopping list
- 5 cloves of garlic more if you like chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper flakes depends on how hot you like it shopping list
- 1 pkg of chili mix I use club house shopping list
- 2 tblsp of chili powder shopping list
- 2 good tblsp of brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup of cocoa shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 3 splashes of Wortchestershire Sauce shopping list
How to make it
- fry beef or turkey in the pot your cooking your chili in when just about cooked add your garlic and hot pepper flakes and worchestershire sauce,
- in a pan sweat your onions
- add the celery cook for 5 min
- fry mushrooms
- add to the chili pot, continue cooking for abut 10 min on low heat.
- Add your tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and tomatoe paste continue cooking on low for 20 mins.
- add your chili pkg, chili powder, brown sugar, pepper cook for 10 min
- add your cocoa
- add your chopped peppers
- garbonzo beans, kidney beans, beans and molasses, chopped olives
- S and P to taste if you like
- set on low cook for 2 hours
- when ready to serve have chopped tomatoes , sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions to put ontop of your chili, mmmmm yummy enjoy.
