How to make it

  • Combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup with shredded carrot.
  • When squash is cooled,fold into the sour cream mixture. Melt the margarine. combine with stuffing mix.
  • Put 1/2 of stuffing mix into casserole dish. Pour squash mixture into the dish,then the rest of the stuffing mix on top.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
