Two Squash Casserole

Great squash casserole that I got from a friend years ago.
Ingredients
- 3 small to medium size zucchini,sliced shopping list
- 3 small to medium size yellow squash,sliced shopping list
- 1-1/2 sticks margarine,melted shopping list
- 1 small to medium onion,diced shopping list
- 8 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 1 carrot,shredded shopping list
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix shopping list
- 1 can cream of chicken soup shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup with shredded carrot.
- When squash is cooled,fold into the sour cream mixture. Melt the margarine. combine with stuffing mix.
- Put 1/2 of stuffing mix into casserole dish. Pour squash mixture into the dish,then the rest of the stuffing mix on top.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
