This is an Australian Net recipe my friend sent me. It is really is quite good and satifies the sweet tooth Copha - Copha is a solid fat that is derived from the solidified coconut oil.. Ingredients
- 250 g (9oz) Copha is a brand of solidified coconut oil shopping list
- 4 cups of rice Bubbles or similar puffed rice shopping list
- 1 cup icing sugar ( powder sugar ) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cocoa shopping list
- 1 cup dessicated coconut ( unsweetened dried finely grated/ shredded coconut - ) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt Copha in a saucepan over a low heat or in a microwave oven.
- Mix dried ingredients.
- Mix with melted Copha until well combined.
- Spoon mixture evenly into 24 paper patty containers.
- Set in the refrigerator to harden
